A dispenser is attached to the laundry tub for direct application to animal or an object that need water , soaps, or detergent rinsing . This invention allows direct release, from the  Laundry Tub faucet, of specific substance amounts, controls the duration, and permits repetitive rinsing and application cycles for improved hygiene.
